Municipal Engineering Australia (MEA) magazine is in its 38th year of production and is sent to all Councils throughout Australia, together with the appropriate Federal, State and Local Authorities, industry companies (including civil contracting and construction companies, equipment and materials manufacturers), private sector consultants, civil engineers, architects and academics.
